Hi, and welcome to Colibri Pasta! I’m Jasmine, a Midwest transplant who’s called Austin, Texas, home for the past 15 years. I’m a design program manager by day, and a passionate home cook, baker, and full-time pasta nerd. I learned to make pasta as a kid with my grandma, spending holidays rolling dough and cutting noodles by hand. A trip to Italy deepened that passion, inspiring me to explore regional styles, traditional techniques, and the small details that make handmade pasta special.
Colibri Pasta is a licensed, home-based cottage food business producing a rotating menu of pasta for weekly pickups. Everything is made by me in small batches using high-quality ingredients and no preservatives. I offer hand-cut egg pastas, bronze-cut extruded semolina pastas, and special hand-shaped options, available fresh or slow-dried. Fresh pasta is delivered frozen and should be kept frozen until ready to cook, while slow-dried pasta is shelf-stable for up to three months.
